Payment Regulations:

 

1. Confirmation of the reservation is through a deposit of 30% - 50% of the booking value into our bank account. The advance is non-returnable if the guest cancels or if the owner closes the facility due to an emergency situation (epidemic, disaster).

2. Payments must be made within 3 days of making the initial reservation, or at another time agreed in advance with the room owner.

3. Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed time will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

4. The remaining amount should be paid on the day of arrival.

5. Payment of a deposit, and thus an effective booking, means acceptance by the person making the reservation of the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and the rules and regulations of the residence.

6. A reduction in the duration of the stay by the guest as a result of a later arrival or earlier departure than specified in the booking does not result in a reduction in payment for the service.

7. Important! We issue VAT invoices. If you wish to receive an invoice, you must inform us in advance when booking. Due to legal provisions in force since 1 January 2020, it is not possible to issue an invoice on the basis of the receipt where the buyer's tax identification number is not provided.

 

 

 

Serce Tatr Residence Rules and Regulations:

 

§ 1 Rooms or apartments are rented per day. The day lasts from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure. If you did not specify the length of the stay during the booking, it is assumed that you rent the room for one day. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, please report this to the staff by 10 am on the day of check-out. Staff will consider your wish to extend the stay provided rooms are available. If you do not leave the apartment before 11 am on the day of check-out without notifying the staff, this will be treated as extending the stay by another day. The fee for the additional stay will be charged based on the prices in force on that date.

 

§ 2 You may not make the apartment available to third parties even if the period for which you have paid has not yet expired. Persons not registered in the SERCE TATR RESIDENCE may stay in the apartment as a guest from 7 am until 10 pm. If the unregistered person remains in the room after 10 pm, the person who rents the room is considered to have given his/her consent to their presence and they will be charged for accommodation at the full-price applicable at the time. The staff of the Residence will refuse to register an extra person in the room where the maximum number of guests are already accommodated.

 

§ 3 Night quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The behaviour of guests or other people using the services of SERCE TATR RESIDENCE should not disturb the peaceful stay of other people at the facility. In the event of persistent or particularly reprehensible disruption of the stay of other people by the guest or by a person using the services of SERCE TATR RESIDENCE, the Residence staff has the right to refuse to continue the provision of services with immediate effect. If this occurs, the guest is not entitled to a refund for the remainder of their stay. If, as a result of the behaviour of the guest or the person using the services of SERCE TATR RESIDENCE, the Residence staff are forced to call a security officer, the cost of such intervention will be charged to the person whose behaviour led to the need to call employees of the security company., obsługa pensjonatu, zmuszona będzie do wezwania ochrony, kosztami takiej interwencji zostanie obciążona osoba której zachowanie spowodowało konieczność wezwania pracowników firmy ochroniarskiej.

 

§ 4  The guest of the Residence should pay an advance for the stay before arrival (up to 3 business days from the date of the booking) with the rest of the payment made on the day of arrival, or up to 7 days in the case of payment by bank transfer.

 

§ 5  To check-in, a photo ID is required. In the case of guests without Polish citizenship, we reserve the right to make a copy of an identity document at the reception desk.

 

§ 6 SERCE TATR RESIDENCE § 6 SERCE TATR RESIDENCE provides services in accordance with its standards. If you have any reservations regarding the quality of services, please report them to the Residence staff. SERCE TATR RESIDENCE is obliged to ensure: conditions for full and unfettered relaxation of the guest, safety during the guest’s stay including security of the guest’s details, professional standard of service, room cleaning and any necessary repairs of equipment as agreed with the guest. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused by him/her or his/her visitors to items of equipment and technical devices available at SERCE TATR RESIDENCE. If the guest does not submit any comments or reservations regarding the condition of the room, it is assumed that the room has up to standard. In the event of any faults which cannot be corrected, SERCE TATR RESIDENCE will endeavour to provide a replacement room or to alleviate the inconvenience. 

 

§ 7 The guest should notify the Residence staff of any damage immediately after it is discovered. The liability of SERCE TATR RESIDENCE for the loss or damage of property, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items have not been deposited for safekeeping to the Residence staff.

 

§ 8 At the guest's request, the Residence staff can provide the following services: providing information related to the stay and travel, wake-up calls at a specified time, luggage storage. SERCE TATR RESIDENCE may refuse to accept luggage for storage on dates outside the duration of the guest's stay or in the case of items which are not his/her personal luggage.

 

§ 9 Breakfasts are served between 7 am and 10 am.

 

§ 10 SERCE TATR RESIDENCE is not liable for any damage caused to or theft of a vehicle left by the guest in the parking facilities.

 

§ 11If any items are left in the room by the guest after their departure, they will be returned to the guest at the guest’s cost to the address provided by the guest. If the guest does not indicate the address or does not collect the items personally within 30 days from the date of departure, the items will be disposed of.

 

§ 12 SERCE TATR RESIDENCE is not liable for items left in the laundry room and in the leisure equipment storage room.

 

§ 13 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and public areas except for designated smoking areas. Violation of this prohibition may result in refusal to continue provision of services with immediate effect and the guest may be charged an additional fee of PLN 200, added to the cost of stay, to cover costs of washing the fabrics, refreshing the apartment and its exclusion from rental. In addition, due to the requirements of fire protection, it is prohibited to use any objects and devices that could create a fire hazard in the room. It is also prohibited to bring any flammables, explosives or unpleasant-smelling materials into the room.

 

§ 14 If the room keys are mislaid, the guest will be charged PLN 20, added to the cost of the guest's stay.

 

§ 15 Early departure of the guest for reasons beyond the control of SERCE TATR RESIDENCE does not entitle the guest to request reimbursement of unused services.

 

§ 16 It is forbidden to bring skis and ski boots to the room.
